Research
I am currently a PhD Scholar at the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), IISc Campus, Bengaluru, where I explore aesthetics and choreography in classical dance. Using concepts and philosophies of Indian Aesthetics as tools, I seek to define a śāstric framework (framework of practical and conceptual aesthetics) for classical dance, with a specific focus on Bharatanatyam.
